Maurice Chestnut and Jeffry Foote will talk about the history of tap dance and talk about tap dance masters such as Bill “Bojangles” Robinson, Sammy Davis Jr, Gregory Hines, Savion Glover, and many other tap greats. They will also show tap dance demonstrations and choreography. They will do improvisation, as well as invite audience members up and teach them simple tap dance steps. There will be a talk back with the artists as well.
